Every emotion is very important in our life and plays
a vital role in each and every individual’s life in different ways. Anger,
sometimes can be a way of showing people that they are upset because they care
or they love.
Anger is not a disease. It is one of the hardest emotions
to deal with. One might feel like exploding, annoyed, irritated, or mad when angry.
Anger is very common and normal emotion, it can help at times of confrontation
because it increases our focus and improves our performance but, the same anger
if uncontrolled can cause high BP and other problems like over indulgence of tobacco,
over eating and cause harm to your health and relationship too.
We all experience emotions and we all certainly at some point in our lives experience anger. Anger management is actually dealing with the emotions that surround anger.
*Few ways to deal with anger effectively* One
shouldn’t be attached. Not being attached helps us beyond a significant way.
*We shouldn’t take things personally* We should not
let the anger swell and grow. Each one
of us have issues. Situation aggravates when we start taking other people’s
issue, personally.
Learning to letting things go:- It is really hard
when it comes back to our ego. So let go.
* Being aware of what is going on in our body* It might happen when we are hungry or overly tired. Such things agitate us when we are not aware of what is happening in our body, we start cooking stories. The more mindful we are the more we might be able to control.

- The situation can be averted by expressing that now it is not the right time
to have this conversation.
* Relaxation Skills* they help to relax your brain.
One can spend time in nature, relaxing, meditating.
* Distraction skills* Helping the mind getting away from angry situation practice.
*Movement or physical release* Running, biking,
swimming, brisk walking may help in releasing anger.
